Sonia Morton will have been a full time massage therapist for 25 years in July 2024. She trained for two years at the fabled Seattle Massage School, getting one of the best body work educations available. She was the class Valedictorian. Sonia owned a 3,000sq ft Wellness Center in Seattle, WA with 8 treatment rooms. Now she owns in Austin Cupping in Austin, TX. A NCBTMB board certified practitioner for 20+ years and teaching NCBTMB approved CE classes for 18 years. Sonia was the lead instructor for the International Cupping Therapy Association for 15 years. She has certified more people in Cupping than possibly anyone. Sonia also helped develop part of the curriculum. Now she has developed her own cupping philosophy and classes based in teaching, "how to solve problems yourself" versus a protocol to use on everyone. You learn how to asses a problem, then learn different techniques & tools to overcome it. Each patient is different & will need a unique plan.
