Thank you for registering for one of Deep Dive CE workshops. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your registration. Below is our refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all participants:
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $50 + 3.5% processing fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of the time of cancellation.
Full Refund:
Participants are eligible for a full refund, minus the $50 cancellation fee +3.5% processing fee, if they cancel their registration at least 30 days prior to the start date of the workshop/class. To cancel and request a refund, please contact us in writing at sonia@deepdivece.com
Partial Refund:
If you cancel your registration between 16 and 29 days before the workshop/class start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee, minus the $50 cancellation fee +3.5% processing fee. All partial refund requests must also be made in writing and sent to sonia@deepdivece.com.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 15 days of the workshop/class start date or if you drop out of class during the workshop. We understand that emergencies can occur, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis, but they are not guaranteed.
Transfer Policy:
If you are unable to attend the workshop/class, you may transfer your registration to another class at no additional cost. Transfer requests must be made at least 30 days before the start date and should be submitted in writing to sonia@deepdivece.com
Workshop/Class Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that the workshop/class is canceled by the Deep Dive CE, all participants will receive a full refund, We will notify you as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation and process refunds within 14 days of notification.
Additional Information:
All refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to sonia@deepdivece.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request. No videotaping the lectures or demonstrations and please do not take pictures of each and every move. There are pictures in your workshop manual. For The Buccal workshop we will take before and after photos.
We understand that many of you take classes to obtain CE credit to renew your license. We do what we need to for you to be able to get your needed ce's. Please show up on time and be present for all hours and days of the workshop. You will need to complete all hours of the class
to receive CE's.
We ask that you do your best to be a good student and we will do our best for you. Thank you!
